With a decade of professional HR experience and a globally recognized SHRM-CP certification, I’ve learned how important having a set strategy is for businesses to be successful, and this is no different for ministries and churches alike.
I’ve built a career on empowering leaders through strategic development, people-first leadership, and operational clarity. As a licensed evangelist, I also understand just how beneficial a strategy can be for not only churches, but for individuals operating in ministry to be successful.
Known for my work with mission-minded organizations and servant leaders, I specialize in aligning vision with structure--helping clients build teams, systems, and communication strategies that reflect both integrity and impact. Ministry Bio
At the age of 15, Evangelist Brittany Ross accepted the call to the ministry and began to learn more about her God-given assignment and her call to preach the Word of God. She began preaching at youth services and conventions, district meetings and more, as she continued to develop her depth and knowledge of the word of God.
She is currently a member of The Sanctuary Phoenix under the leadership of Pastor Jack Spencer, Jr. & First Lady Tenile Spencer, where she serves as a member of the Pastor’s Aid Committee and as the PR & Marketing Manager. She was licensed as an Evangelist Missionary in the Arizona Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop Harvey T. Young, Sr. and Supervisor Mother Emma J. Bowen in 2025.
She also serves the Church of God in Christ on the local, regional and national level as the Jurisdictional Youth Secretary for the Arizona Jurisdictional Youth Department; PR & Marketing Director for the International Youth Department Southwest Region as well as for the COGIC International Scholastic Motivation Ministry— a ministry focused on motivating, inspiring & teaching youth to be all that God has called them to be spiritually, professionally, and academically through holy living.
Evangelist Ross currently works in the Human Resources field and holds a globally recognized professional certification (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management. She has been blessed to achieve 3 degrees in Social & Behavioral Studies, Law & Public Policy and Humanities & Philosophy. Concurrently, she is matriculating in the Organizational Leadership program at California Baptist University and in the Legal Paraprofessional Certification program under the Arizona Supreme Court to practice civil law in the state of Arizona. She is also CEO & Founder of Ross Consulting Group, a firm offering organizational development consulting services to churches and small businesses. She is also a published author and her first book entitled, “Lost in Transition: Developing Effectual Faith in Arbitrary Times”, was published in May of 2023.
Evangelist Brittany is on the move for the Kingdom to preach the pure and unadulterated Word of God, and to save souls. She has a dynamic anointing to preach holiness and deliverance, and to touch the hearts of the lost and backslidden. She is truly an anointed voice for this generation and desires for God’s name to be glorified wherever she may go.
