These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the membership and subscription services (“Membership”) offered by Ross Consulting Group. By subscribing to or using our Membership services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RCG provides HR compliance, legal compliance, and employee relations resources and limited support benefits as described on our website or in your Membership agreement. The specific benefits included in each Membership tier are outlined at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Membership services do not constitute legal representation or guarantee any particular outcome. Services beyond your Membership scope will be billed separately at RCG’s then-current rates upon your written request.

Membership is available to churches, nonprofits, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and other organizations legally able to enter into binding contracts. By subscribing, you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

Membership fees are due in advance of each billing period (monthly or quarterly) at the rate shown for your selected tier. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend or cancel Membership for non-payment after notice to you.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you or RCG. You may cancel your Membership at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for RCG to deliver Membership benefits.
• Use RCG’s templates, updates, and materials solely for your organization’s internal business purposes.
• Not resell, share, or distribute RCG materials to third parties without our written consent.
   

Both you and RCG agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed under the Membership and to use it solely for purposes of delivering or receiving Membership benefits. RCG stores client materials securely and restricts access to staff working on your account.

RCG retains ownership of all materials, templates, content, and intellectual property provided under the Membership. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials internally for the duration of your Membership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

RCG’s liability to you for any claim arising from your Membership is limited to the total fees you paid to RCG in the three (3) months preceding the claim. RCG will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCG, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of Membership benefits or violation of these Terms.

RCG may update Membership benefits or these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and your Membership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
